the shaking is from anxiety, she don't want to be alone. Does she have her own crate? She needs her own "space" maybe have a stuffed animal or a blanky in there for her. You may want to sleep with the blanky so it gets your smell on it, this might comfort her to where she thinks she is with you.

I would get a 2nd opinion on a vet for the other problem.
