I would not apologize....I WOULD have done the same thing......People are sooooo ignorant sometimes......this owner was trying on clothes....and her dog was panting and getting too hot.....I would have given her a piece of my mind too......5 minutes is ok with windows down, but this lady was gone at least 30 mins.....
