and Monday - haven't done that shopping yet but AM dieting again and will be going in 2 weeks - I just need to get my husband thru this latest thing....today he balked at the appointment and PROMISED he will go next week and admit himself to the hospital.....That's a huge step even though he asked me to cancel the appointment for today. He finally admitted he knows he needs to be there.
