I did report it to the police one time. The cop was working security in the lumber store and he told me that is all the owners are required to do is crack the windows. There was nothing he could do. Years ago my then husband actually busted out osomeone's window to rescure a big dog that was dying in someone's truck there were no windows cracked. Afterward he called the police. I would like to add to this thread what about the good ol' boys that feel the need to let their dogs ride around in the back of their truck, and even on the top of their tool boxes. Stop me now, I'm getting started.
