if i HAVE to leave princess, i always open a little window, park in the shade and have cold water in there for her...
i wonder the same thing cuz here we dont have an animal police or anything, so i was wondering if it was allowed to call 911 if i saw this again? i dont want them to think im stupid or something for calling for that reason if i did..
