...completely....early on I decided that I was going to educate myself first, talk to whoever would listen, and attend shows that I could drive too. After you try that for a while...you may meet some very nice people in your area....that can lead you to a nice Yorkie...
I know of several in TN that are honest, reputable people. You can probably expect to buy a Yorkie that is neutered or spayed . They are very interested in maintaining quality Yorkies.
