Yeah, this might be the problem because it happened to Tobey when he was about that age. I freaked out and rushed him to the vet who removed a plug of poo and recommended I shave the hair around the opening. he went like 3 times in a matter of hours after I brought him home...poor guy!!
I hope your little one gets some relief soon!
