have you tried putting it out in the sun? My bro dropped his Samsung phone in the lake we found it and my mom put it outside in the sun took out the battery opened it up and left it out there for a while put the battery back in and it worked.
And i put one of my razr's in the washing machine for about 15 min. I did the same thing and it worked.
