Our Chip is actually afraid of smaller dogs and a lot of strangers most of the time, but with big dogs he'll go up to them and go nuts wanting to play. One day we were at petsmart and he shyed away from a couple little girls wanting to pet him, but went up to this 110 lb lab mix and started barking at him. The dog looked at him like "yea right" and walked away... of course, Chip chased him! Silly puppy!
