Sorry to go 'out there', but I absolutely love how Izzy is dressed in your avatar. Too cute.
Now, it sounds as though you are doing what your supposed to. Startling Rhapsody always worked when she had an accident. Let me explain: when she started circling, or if I saw her crouch -- I'd jump up and make a hissing noise (saw this on 'Dog Whisperer') -- she would always freeze and stare at me. I'd cluck my tongue, take her into the yard; then lavish attention on here after she went potty outside. This only happened a handful of times, worked like a charm.
Now Tiger, he still has accidents, and he'll get very territorial after any animals visit. Good luck! I hope she shapes up and gets over her jealousy!
