Emmy barks everytime I plug something into an outlet. This is rough in the kitchen with the mixer, blender, etc. I tried the coke can with pennies in it and VOILA!! it works! I have noticed that it does not seem to work as well with other reasons she barks, but it does work in the kitchen.
