yep, that is what she does. i will try zipping to the bottom and see if that helps. i don't know where hubby got it, he just came home with it one day as a surprise. i didn't like keeping her in that old wire crate, felt bad for her she actually loves this crate. she goes in it to sleep all the time. i guess she just really wanted out to play

here is a pic of her in it after her very first hair cut...
