I had planned on watching The Montel Show today and totally forgot about it. He was suppose to have different people on there regarding healthy life style changes (eating, exercises, etc). The Cure guy was suppose to be on there too.

Did anyone watch it?? If so, can you share tips and hints that they talked about.

I think I can find out the information, I am sure that Montel has a website for the show...I believe it comes on FOX here, but not certain.....
