A Motorola Razor? I just got one Saturday and I can't figure out how to send a picture from my phone to an e-mail address

I'm not dumb when it comes to picture phones, I'm just use to Sprint phones not Cingular? Anyone want to explain it to me?? I've got some cute pictures of Nala after she played in the mudd yesterday and I wanted to share them with everyone.
