I have heard of people stealing peoples dogs and then the owner puts up reward flyers and the thief has someone bring the dog and gets the reward. I think I would have made the news that day " Dog owner takes down dog thief with trash can! And thief ask police to please take him to jail!" My heart goes out to her. I hope they find him and put him under the jail I hate a thief! Thank just burns me!
