This little guy is 11 months old and weighs only 18 ounces and is 4 inches tall. This was in the Orlando, FL paper.
He can't claim the smallest dog in the world record with Guinness Book of Records until he's 1 yr old which will be in June. I would be scared to death to have a dog this small!!!
