That's basically what we do also
I follow the supplements exactly as they specify in the book because I want to make sure they're getting enough of everything. I thought it was overwhelming also, but Vitamin World is having a sale this Monday and Tuesday. Buy one get one free for everything in their store. They sell everything there except the kelp powder, bone meal, and I didn't see nutritional yeast. I only saw the brewer's yeast. You can get the kelp powder, KAL Bone meal, and the nutritional yeast on Amazon.com
