that was my next question...how do you cook them? i just put them in the micro this morning because i was scared to coat the pan with butter or olive oil cuz i was not sure how that would affect her. we do not use non-stick pans so i have to coat the pans with something or i will lose more egg than I get out of it
so the EVOO is ok?
