could it have anything to do with this thread... http://www.yorkietalk.com/forums/sho...37#post1094037 ???

just wondering if everything has worked out or if there was any follow up done...

yes, they do sleep A LOT when they are babies. Maggie is 7 months old now and still sleeps all day. but in the evenings, boy oh boy...she is a rowdy one If there are no more health issues, you should just cuddle with him as much as possible. when I first got maggie, if I saw that she was sleeping, I would put her on my chest or in my lap and have her sleep on me. any time I was laying down, I had her lay with me. It really helped her to open up, bond, and feel loved and comfortable in her new home. She had pretty bad separating anxiety when I first brought her home. We almost lost her the 2nd day because she wouldn't eat...she was having a hard time transitioning. even though I smothered her in love and totally pampered her. But she is 100% better, 100% comfortable and she KNOWS that she is loved to pieces here.

i hope things get better for you....
please keep us posted...
