For a short time I had a groundhog living under my minibarn. I wasn't worried it would attack my dogs, I was worried Otis would get a hold of it. I was scared that if it tried to defend itself, it would hurt him. Luckily, the groundhog decided to move next door, and now lives comfortably under my neighbors minibarn. I know my 7 pound boy would NOT have hesitated to try to tear that groundhog to pieces, even though it probably weighed at least 5 pounds more than him.
