My maltese girl never had her first heat, so I don't know about that...But if she had blood in her urine, she could have a UTI or maybe stones...I would take her to the vet in the morning and see if they can give you more info and possibly do a urinalysis and urine culture if she does have a UTI. Praying that everything's okay with your baby!
