What the H_ll is wrong with these boys/men?? when I hear about children being raped it just sickens me that I wish this was the old west again where you can take care this yourself! I always hear that they have rights! the only right they have is equal rights TO suffer and I never think the legal systems really works for the poor victim and their family!
They should put this kid/man in prison (in Population) and let him suffer!!
