I'm glad that this issue has started to make sense but I'm still confused. The PM that she sent yorky4ME said that SHE could not afford that much for a 3rd dog. So she IS looking to purchase another dog. Maybe she is buying the dog for her friend as a way to pay her back for the medical bills
Regardless of whatever the situation is, I just hope that little Tahoe gets better.
