I have recently switched from chux pads to crib pads and cloth baby diapers. The crib pads are great, they do not soak through. You cannot even see yellow on the other side. I'm not sure how long they are going to last with regular washing though, but I guess it's still better for the environment. I have a seperate small laundry basket in garage for them.
