HAHAHA, maybe a little of both
The bed is almost 25x 25 inches. and my girls are 2 and 4 1/2 lbs. but my pekingese Snoot is a chubby little guy
This bed is so prefect for them. I wanted them to have tons of room but they still seem to pile up on each other
