 Maya Update
I just heard back from the specialist and the pharmacy is compounding Maya's medicine (due to her small size) and once they call me I am to start the medicine on Saturday since the vet said if she is going to have problems she would show up on Monday or Tuesday when she is open. I am so scared about this medicine. It is actually killing off her adrenal gland and if you kill it too fast or too much she will have serious side effects. Please keep Maya in your prayers for a safe loading phase. Then we test her on Thursday and see if the medicine worked, if it did she will go on a maintenace dose of 1 -2 pills a week. I just hope this will get her feeling better not worse. Thanks |
