The smallest one (10"-16" chest) JUST fits Chloe when it's pulled as tight as it can go. There's still a lot of wiggle room for her, but it can't fall off.
It's also cute lol & has a little daisy on it. |
I use Lil Pals harnesses too. They're the only ones that fit Cali yet they're still big on her (even at the tightest setting).
