I didn't get to make them I had the lady that gave me the recipie make them for me, I couldn't roll out the batter

here is the recipie
1/2 cup peanut butter 1/2 cup mashed banana (generally 1 average-sized banana yields 1/2 cup) 1 large egg 1/2 cup wheat germ 1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour Preheat oven to 350 degrees (I usually do this after I have the batter mixed because it takes awhile to cut out the cookies). Combine peanut butter, banana and egg in a large bowl. Stir well. Gradually add wheat germ and whole wheat flour. Roll out dough to 1/4 inch thickness and cut with cookie cutter. Bake on an ungreased cookie sheet at 350 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes. I store the extra cookies in the fridge or even the freezer.
