He looks all westie to me. Westie's have wiry hair. I love their great personalities but I can't stand the wiry hair. I bathed and groomed alot of westies when I worked at a dog grooming salon and it always bugged me that there hair was so wiry. I guess I just love having a soft dog to cuddle up to.
