i have just gone thru that with my baby!! I thought i was doing good til a visit to see his breeder told me different. It was bad and although we tried to comb them out ..Nathan was having a fit so we made a joint decesion to shave him...except his face so he looked like a lion for about a month but it was still cold here so i just camoflauged it with his clothes when we went out !!
Breeder said it was a combination of his baby hair and adult hair coming in...I comb and brush him religiously every day going forward and back and his coat is coming in fine now... Hope this helps !!!
