He's right about allergies showing up in the skin. Usually when a dog has seasonal allergies or any other type of allergy they get really itchy and develope rashes. I'm not totally sure about them not getting upper respiratory allergies tho. so he's not wrong, but i don't know if he's totally right either. *shrugs*
i'm having an allergy week too. I hope everyone is feeling better soon.
