Oh my gosh!
That is absolutely horrible, and I am so sorry to hear that.
I am always so protective of Duke, and everyone thinks that I am silly, but I always have Duke wear his harness when we are in public places for that same reason.
I hope that this woman is able to find her baby, and it just breaks my heart that she is going through this.
