Thanks for the advice. I wish that was the problem. We have gone as far as changing her pad after only ONE use, but it didn't work. We also remove any "number 2" we see in the box as soon as she goes. Neither of these things seem to be the problem. She uses the one downstairs just fine, but will NOT have anything to do with the one upstairs anymore...
