I've never tried this but it popped into my head. At Christmas time I always put a plastic garbage bag under my tree stand incase my hubby overfills the stand and water leaks onto my wood floor. Just a thought. What if you taped a plastic garbage bag, or piece of heavier plastic to the floor under the pee pad, that way if it soaks thru at least it is on the plastic under the pad. Again, don't know if that would or could work or not, but just throwing the idea out there as a possibility?!
