It might or may not. It depends on each dog. I am no expert though as I have a neutered male can and spayed female. Bobbi is not yet neutered. Bobbi does not mark though. He lifts his leg outside in the yard but only there (thank goodness).
I have seen neutered dogs that mark though. So, I believe it depends on your lil guy.
