I read the post about the stolen Yorkie to Patrick and he was sooo upset! He won't even let Toto & me sit in the car at night, if we have to pick up something from the store, in a well-lighted parking lot in
front of the grocery store! He will drive us all the way home and go all the way back to the store! We have a very large "homeless" population here in Grand Junction and he knows that I just don't think about being cautious, as a rule! A couple of hours after I read the post to him, he got my little pistol from it's case, put the clip in and told me not to leave the house without it!!
He said "I don't mean put it in the trunk either!" After thinking about what he said, I guess it's a good idea ... I am small [4'10"] and he's always afraid someone will harm me and he's even worse since we have Toto! You just can't be too careful. And yes, I do know how to use the pistol and no, if I knew someone had intentions to harm Toto, I would now hesitate! I have a permit and it is recognized in Colorado.
I feel so badly for the lady whose baby was stolen and pray that she will be able to find him!
