If it's Microvascular dysplasia, they manage it through diet, medication, and supplements. Miko for example is on a low, non-animal protein diet, he takes lactulose (as I explained in a previous post
), and he takes, S-adenosyl(contains Sam-E, milk thistle, l-taurine, zinc, b-complex, etc).
The one thing that I recommend is that they do a liver biopsy while they are in there.
