Has your vet done a fecal test on her? She could have coccidia, and many times, it doesn't show up on the fecal test and they have to be retested several times for it to show up. Puppies can go downhill quick if they have coccidia. My yorkie had it when he was a pup and it was really scary...If you have any questions, please ask.
