I have sold a few of #7 and # 9 but got some more, so there are still some available.
The raincoat is very versatile, it fits my very petite 4 1/2 lb girl and also my boys at 5 to 6 pounds. I had originally bought the XS, but it fit kind of short so I exchanged it for the Small and it is perfect for all of them. It is nice because it has a covered belly and legs, so when it rains and you need to take them out to potty it covers all the long hair and keeps it much cleaner and drier. That was what I bought it for as it rains a lot here. But then I finished off part of my doggie yard to where they don't get wet anyway, so never used it. It is vented with mesh vents for comfort and I believe the grey strip is reflective for nighttime. It is not plastic.
Here is a picture of my little 4 1/2 pounder reluctantly modeling it. If you look closely you can see the clear shield brim on the hood.
