We're the same as autumn star- 1/4 c in the morning and 1/4 c at night. I don't really have any advice to get her to eat in the morning although I do agree you could go ahead and swich her to adult food. I would think a 4 lb dog would need 2 feedings but maybe I'm wrong if she seems to be doing okay.
