She never actually had diarrhea, but she had a little blood in her stools twice.
I was very worried and took her to the vet at once, she put her on antibiotics and told me to feed her Eukanuba Puppy Intestinal.
Her stools where back to normal the next day.
The first time it was because she hate a little of my cats formula (I've put the cats food where she can't reach it).
The second time I think she ate a little bit of grass in the garden.
Now she's having soft stools again and I can't imagine why...
We never give her anything beside her diet and I didn't see her eat anything that she shouldn't...
I'd keep in touch with the vet on this. She's pretty young, and when they're young and small, they can go down quickly if they are dehydrated from diarrhea/loose stools.

Make sure she's drinking enough water. Also, my vet told me to feed boiled chicken and white rice when Milli had diarrhea a couple times when she was between 14-18 weeks. I now feed both she and Emma this when they have upset tummies.
