Mine do that too! Kaya more than Tinka... Kaya will lick anyone, anytime - forever! She's been like that since we got her. I'm trying to teach her "no lick" but so far "no luck!" Waking up in the morning is worse. The two try and outdo each other by seeing who can get closest to my face and try to lick away!
My feet get washed, too when I'm on the computer....
