My Mim's looked just like your boy, 100% just a baby
give it a chance; I thought the same thing until I took her to get her first big girl cut and then her ears came around and I just love her either way. and she is 7 mos 7 lbs. and 13 inches long and I thought she was mixed as well but the Vet said no.
