Laser Lites products are some of the best on the market. Though they are very expensive, I highly recommend them....Especially love their WOW....Yes they can be used for 3 month old puppies.
I highly recommend Chris Christensen combs and their pin brushes......I use a Isinis (Made in France and much less expensive than the Mason Pearson detangling brush) brush for drying and a Mason Pearson Boar Bristle brush for finishing.
Changing brushes and combs as the pup grows is not necessary....the only time you'll find that you may want to change brushes is on different coat textures.
