My vet sent Kalani home with pain meds when he was neutered and I gave them for the first 2 days but didn't think he needed more after that. Is she bothering her sutures? If not, I'd leave the e-collar off and let her get as comfortable as she can, Kalani spent most of the first 24 hours in my lap
