We got Jo neutered somewhere around a year, if I remember right, and he does lift his leg on things to go pee but he was doing that before he was neutered. We had Riley neutered around 6 months and he has never lifted his leg, he still squats or kind of half way lifts his leg but he doesn't hike his leg on things...he just pees on the ground like a girl and he'll be 2 this month.
