Thanks you all so much. It was such a shock and we are so happy. Actually beyond happy - thrilled. They say the hardest thing to do is to get the first points.
I learned a very valuable lesson though = campers look like fun, but with the way gas prices keep going up - they will just put a whole in your pocket. It cost about 80.00 each time we filled up on the way there and we filled up twice. The camp site at the show for two days was 70.00, you pay in advance. Not to mention the money we put in it already and the cost of buying it. So really the way to go is just get a nice hotel and enjoy the maid service. LOL!!
I am soooo glad that we did make the show on Sunday. I just wish we could have made it there Saturday too.
And Shirley - I can't wait for you to be at the shows to, so we can hang out. We will have a blast!
