I just put a collar with a dog tag on the puppy and he's been constantly biting on the dog tag and sratching the dog collar... Is that normal? Will it take some time for the collar to settle in? The collar is not tight at all. I can easily put two fingers through the loop hole... Any suggestions on what I can do to make the collar and Rusty become good friends?
