my lab has this problem. She scoots her butt across the floor tho Before, after I have them expressed, doesn't matter. I think she's used to it and just does it for attention. Any attention is good for her. Our vet told me I could have them removed but the surgery is like $400.00. I'm hoping she'll 'grow' out of it.
