Are these pictures recent? If so, he looks 100% Yorkie to me. I do not see anything but Yorkie. He is GORGEOUS, by the way!!!!!

Do his ears "flop" because he has a lot of fur on them? My Harley is purbred but has thick fur on his ears causing them to "flop". We left Harley's this way, but you can shave your puppy's ear to make them more erect.
